Premium Luggage, Egypt & Saudi Arabia
Samsonite: Premium luggage commerce delivered on local payment and delivery terms across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Samsonite is one of the most recognised luggage brands in the world. Launching in Egypt and Saudi Arabia required commerce that behaves the way local buyers expect, including cash on delivery and instalments, without diluting a premium global brand.
The challenge
These were the specific constraints the project had to resolve.
- Premium brand standards meeting markets where COD remains a mainstream expectation
- Two countries with distinct payment providers, couriers and returns behaviour
- Deep product ranges spanning many sizes, colours and collections
- Warranty registration and service network access expected by premium buyers
- Arabic-language commerce as a primary rather than secondary experience
What we did
- Built market-specific commerce on a shared brand foundation
- Integrated COD alongside cards and instalments to match local buying behaviour
- Implemented per-country courier and returns flows
- Structured the size, capacity and material data that premium luggage buyers compare on
- Delivered warranty registration connected to the regional service network

Growth model
We would rather be paid for the growth than the hours.
For ecommerce clients we can work on growth-share: an agreed baseline from your trailing performance, then a percentage of the incremental sales we create above it. No fixed retainer. If your revenue does not grow, we do not earn. It changes what we recommend, because we carry part of the risk of being wrong.

Luggage & Baggage
Luggage buyers shop by cabin size, wheel type, shell material and warranty, not by the marketing name of a collection. If your filters cannot answer "will this fit Emirates cabin allowance", the customer leaves and buys the same case somewhere that can.

Luxury ecommerce fails when it is built like discount retail with better photography. High-value buyers are not looking for urgency banners and countdown timers, they are looking for confidence in authenticity, service that recognises them, and a purchase experience that matches the price.
