This website is operated by Orell Globosoft Technologies LLC, trading as Globosoft, of L13-30, 13th Floor, Burjuman Business Tower, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
- You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or engaging our services
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- You may not use automated systems to extract content in a way that burdens our infrastructure
- You may not reproduce substantial parts of this site without written permission
Information on this site
Content here is provided for general information. Indicative prices, timelines and outcomes are illustrative and do not constitute an offer. The terms of any engagement are those set out in a signed proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything stated on this site.
Services
Services are provided under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, acceptance and support. Where a growth-share commercial model applies, the baseline, percentage and measurement method are defined in that agreement.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. Ownership of work produced for a client is governed by the relevant engagement agreement, and is normally transferred to the client on full payment, excluding our pre-existing tools and third-party components which remain subject to their own licences.
Client responsibilities
- Providing accurate information, content and access needed to deliver the work
- Holding the rights to any material supplied to us for use in your project
- Reviewing and responding within the timeframes agreed, since delays affect delivery dates
- Meeting your own regulatory and licensing obligations in your sector
Third-party services
Projects frequently rely on third-party platforms and services such as Shopify, payment gateways, couriers and advertising platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
