Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you submit an enquiry, on the basis of legitimate interest for site analytics and security, and where required to comply with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this business, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, each of whom is bound to process it only on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law or a competent authority.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, and then deleted. Data held to meet accounting or legal obligations is kept for the period those obligations require.
