Globosoft started building commerce and business systems in 2010. The UAE practice works from Burjuman Business Tower in Bur Dubai, with engineering and delivery from Kochi. That structure is deliberate: commerce and growth decisions are made close to the client, and the engineering capacity that makes them real sits in one place rather than being subcontracted out.
We are not the largest agency in this market and we do not try to be. What we have is depth in a specific set of categories, jewellery, luggage, fragrance, grocery, fashion, parts, eyewear and B2B distribution, and enough experience of what goes wrong to be useful before a project starts rather than after.
How we work
- We start with the arithmetic. If the margin cannot support the plan, we say so before you build.
- We recommend the simplest thing that solves the problem, including doing nothing.
- We publish figures only where a client has cleared them.
- We would rather be easy to leave and worth keeping than locked in by a contract.
- For ecommerce clients we can be paid on the growth we create rather than a retainer.

Growth model
We would rather be paid for the growth than the hours.
For ecommerce clients we can work on growth-share: an agreed baseline from your trailing performance, then a percentage of the incremental sales we create above it. No fixed retainer. If your revenue does not grow, we do not earn. It changes what we recommend, because we carry part of the risk of being wrong.
