Ecommerce Website Development in Dubai & the UAE

We build ecommerce that is designed to sell, not just to launch. That means the catalogue structure fits how your customers actually shop, the checkout carries the payment methods UAE buyers expect, and your stock, pricing and orders stay in sync with the systems that run your business.

What the engagement covers

The scope is set against your situation rather than a package. These are the components we most often build into it.

Capability

What we deliver.

  • Ecommerce strategy and platform selection based on your catalogue, operations and growth plan
  • Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, OpenCart and fully custom builds
  • D2C, B2B, multivendor marketplace and hybrid commerce models
  • UAE payment stack: Network International, Telr, Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, PayTabs and COD
  • Courier integration with Aramex, DHL, Emirates Post, Shipa and same-day fleets
  • ERP and POS integration with SAP, Odoo, Zoho, Tally and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Bilingual Arabic and English catalogues with genuine RTL design
  • Migration from legacy platforms without losing SEO equity or order history
  • Conversion rate optimisation as an ongoing discipline, not a one-off audit
  • Performance marketing that is measured on contribution margin, not vanity metrics

How it runs

How the work is sequenced.

The order matters more than the individual activities. Doing these in the wrong sequence is the most common reason engagements cost more than they should.

  1. Step 01

    Diagnostic

We establish what is actually constraining the result. It is frequently not what the brief assumed, and finding that out first is what keeps the budget honest.

  2. Step 02

    Scope and case

A written scope with the commercial case stated: what it costs, what it should return, and what we would leave out.

  3. Step 03

    Delivery

Built in phases so something useful goes live early rather than everything arriving at the end.

  4. Step 04

    Measure and iterate

Reported against the commercial number the engagement was commissioned to move, monthly, with the things that did not work stated plainly.

Growth model

We would rather be paid for the growth than the hours.

For ecommerce clients we can work on growth-share: an agreed baseline from your trailing performance, then a percentage of the incremental sales we create above it. No fixed retainer. If your revenue does not grow, we do not earn. It changes what we recommend, because we carry part of the risk of being wrong.

Questions

Questions about ecommerce development.

How much does an ecommerce website cost in Dubai?

A focused Shopify build for a single market typically starts around AED 18,000–35,000. Multi-market rollouts, B2B pricing engines, ERP integration and custom platforms scale from there. We scope against your catalogue and operations rather than quoting a package price, and we tell you honestly when a simpler build will do the job.

How long does an ecommerce project take?

A well-scoped Shopify storefront is usually 4–8 weeks. Complex catalogues, ERP integration, B2B pricing or multivendor marketplaces run 3–6 months. We work in phases so you launch and start selling before every feature is complete.

Do you work on Shopify or custom platforms?

Both, and we give you a straight recommendation. Shopify is the right answer for most UAE retailers because the checkout converts and the ecosystem is mature. We build custom when catalogue complexity, B2B logic or ERP coupling genuinely demand it, not by default.

Can you integrate with our existing ERP?

Yes. We integrate with SAP, Odoo, Zoho, Tally and Dynamics regularly, syncing stock, pricing, customers and orders. Where a documented API does not exist we build a middleware layer with scheduled reconciliation.

Want a straight answer on scope and cost?

Tell us what you are trying to move. We will tell you what it takes, what it costs, and whether it is worth doing.

Industry experts

The builds we run most are the ones we have run before.

Jewellery with live gold rates, luggage across four Gulf markets, grocery with slot delivery and weight-based pricing, fitment search deep enough for a 4x4 exhaust catalogue. If your category is on this list, we are not learning it on your budget.
