Ecommerce, Marketplace & Multivendor
Marketplace & Multivendor Development in Dubai & the UAE
A marketplace is two products in one: a storefront for buyers and an operating system for sellers. Most marketplace projects fail on the second, vendors churn because onboarding is painful, payouts are opaque and the dashboard tells them nothing useful.
We build multivendor marketplaces for the UAE where vendor onboarding, commission logic, split payouts and seller performance management are engineered as carefully as the buyer experience.
What makes marketplace & multivendor different online
Every category has a small number of problems that decide whether the store works. Get these right and the rest is ordinary ecommerce. Get them wrong and no amount of design or advertising compensates.
- Vendor onboarding, KYC and trade licence verification at scale
- Commission structures that differ by category, vendor tier and promotion
- Split payments and payout reconciliation across many sellers
- Inconsistent product data quality from independent vendors
- Order splitting where one basket contains items from several vendors
- Vendor performance, disputes and returns handled fairly and visibly
How we build it
We start from your catalogue and your operations rather than from a theme. The structure of the data decides what the store can do, so that is where the work begins.

How it runs
From brief to trading.
The same sequence on every build, because the order is what keeps the cost down.
- Step 01
Diagnostic
We look at your catalogue, your margins, your fulfilment and your current store if you have one. The output is a scope with the commercial case stated, not a feature list.
- Step 02
Structure
Catalogue architecture, attributes and variant logic. In marketplace & multivendor this is the decision that determines what the store can do for the next three years.
- Step 03
Build
Storefront, checkout, payment and courier integration, and the connections to your ERP or POS so stock and pricing stay true.
- Step 04
Launch and grow
We launch when it can trade, not when every feature is complete, then run merchandising, CRO and performance marketing against revenue.
Integrations
Connected to the stack you already run.

Reasons that are checkable.
Growth model
We would rather be paid for the growth than the hours.
For ecommerce clients we can work on growth-share: an agreed baseline from your trailing performance, then a percentage of the incremental sales we create above it. No fixed retainer. If your revenue does not grow, we do not earn. It changes what we recommend, because we carry part of the risk of being wrong.
Questions
Questions about marketplace & multivendor ecommerce.
Do you build marketplaces on Shopify or custom?
Both. Shopify with a multivendor layer works well up to moderate complexity. Once commission logic, payouts and vendor operations get sophisticated, a custom platform is usually the right call, we advise honestly on which fits.
How are payouts handled?
Split payment at the gateway where supported, or scheduled payouts calculated by the commission engine with per-vendor statements and full reconciliation.
Can commission differ by vendor and category?
Yes. Commission can be set per category, per vendor tier, per campaign, or as a specific override for an individual vendor.

Toys, Kids & Baby
Parents and gift buyers shop this category by age, stage and safety before they shop by brand. A three-year-old's birthday present and a newborn's car seat are completely different buying journeys that most stores merchandise identically.
Read onRetail Chains & Multi-Store
A retail chain going online does not have an ecommerce problem, it has an inventory truth problem. The website says in stock, the branch says sold out, and the customer finds out after they have paid. Everything else in omnichannel retail follows from fixing that.

Every restaurant and food brand in the UAE hands 25–30% of order value to aggregators. Direct ordering is the single highest-margin channel available to you, and it only works if the experience is at least as fast as the app your customer is used to.
