Enterprise platform
ERP Systems in Dubai & the UAE
Most UAE businesses do not fail at ERP selection, they fail at ERP scope. They buy a system that covers everything, implement everything at once, and eighteen months later half the modules are unused while the team still runs the business in spreadsheets.
We implement ERP in the order that produces value: fix the process that costs you most, prove it, then extend. We work across Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho, and we build custom where the fit genuinely is not there.

From demo to live.
Implementation is phased so something useful goes live early rather than everything arriving at the end.
- Step 01
Discovery
We map your current process and identify what the platform must match, what it can improve, and what you should stop doing entirely.
- Step 02
Configuration
Rules, workflows, permissions and integrations configured to your operation rather than a default template.
- Step 03
Data and training
Migration of existing data, then training for the people who will actually use it daily rather than only for managers.
- Step 04
Go live and support
Phased rollout with support through the first cycles, when the real edge cases surface.

Questions
Questions about erp solutions.
Which ERP is best for a UAE business?
Odoo suits most mid-market UAE businesses on cost and flexibility. SAP Business One fits manufacturing and distribution with complex requirements. Dynamics suits Microsoft-centric enterprises. Zoho works for smaller operations. We evaluate against your processes rather than recommending a default.
How long does ERP implementation take?
A focused finance and inventory implementation is typically 3–4 months. Full multi-module rollouts run 6–12 months. We phase deliberately so you get value from the first module before the last one goes live.
Is it UAE VAT compliant?
Yes, including FTA-compliant tax invoices, VAT return preparation, reverse charge handling and designated zone rules.
Can it integrate with our ecommerce store?
Yes. Ecommerce and ERP integration is one of the most common projects we deliver, stock, pricing, customers and orders syncing so online and offline share one inventory truth.

HRMS (UAE Compliant)
Generic HR software does not work in the UAE. It does not generate WPS files, it cannot calculate end-of-service gratuity to UAE Labour Law, it does not track visa and Emirates ID expiry, and it has no concept of the leave entitlements set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021.
Read onCRM Solutions
A CRM only works if your sales team actually uses it, and sales teams stop using systems that create admin without giving anything back. The implementations that succeed are the ones that make a salesperson's day easier on the first morning.
Read oneLearning Software
Most learning platforms measure completion, which tells you almost nothing. What matters is whether the learner can now do the thing, and that requires assessment design, spaced reinforcement and reporting that connects training to actual capability.
