Travel & Luggage, Egypt, KSA & Bahrain
American Tourister: One regional foundation rolled out across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain with localised payments, language and courier integration.
American Tourister needed to launch across several Gulf and North African markets without rebuilding the store each time. Each market has its own currency, language expectations, payment habits, courier network and returns behaviour, but the brand experience has to stay identical.
The challenge
These were the specific constraints the project had to resolve.
- Three markets with different currencies, payment methods and courier networks
- Arabic and English requirements varying in emphasis by market
- Cash on delivery still material in several of these markets
- A shared catalogue that must nonetheless price and stock differently per country
- Rollout speed, each market rebuilt from scratch would have taken quarters
What we did
- Built a single regional commerce foundation designed for market cloning from day one
- Localised payment stacks per market including COD, local cards and instalments
- Integrated the courier network appropriate to each country rather than one regional carrier
- Delivered Arabic and English catalogues with per-market language priority
- Structured pricing and stock so each market operates independently on a shared catalogue

Growth model
We would rather be paid for the growth than the hours.
For ecommerce clients we can work on growth-share: an agreed baseline from your trailing performance, then a percentage of the incremental sales we create above it. No fixed retainer. If your revenue does not grow, we do not earn. It changes what we recommend, because we carry part of the risk of being wrong.

Luggage & Baggage
Luggage buyers shop by cabin size, wheel type, shell material and warranty, not by the marketing name of a collection. If your filters cannot answer "will this fit Emirates cabin allowance", the customer leaves and buys the same case somewhere that can.

A retail chain going online does not have an ecommerce problem, it has an inventory truth problem. The website says in stock, the branch says sold out, and the customer finds out after they have paid. Everything else in omnichannel retail follows from fixing that.
